Healthy and easy Corn and Cottage cheese salad
- ½ cup boiled sweet Corn
- ½ cup cubed Cottage cheese, (Paneer)
- 2 tbsp. diced Red bell Pepper
- 2 tbsp. diced Yellow bell Pepper
- 2 tbsp. diced Tomato
- Few Salad leaves, washed and dried
- 2 tbsp. Herbs, and Olive oil dressing.
- Salt as per taste
In a large salad bowl, combine all ingredients, and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
